- During his panel at the Portland Heroes & Villains Fan Fest this past weekend, the actor mentioned that he's talked with the show's producers about having Oliver Queen start to resemble his comic book counterpart more closely this upcoming season and beyond. Amell said, “I've said that it's very, very important that if Oliver doesn't take away lessons from Season 5 and doesn't keep doing the things that have led to this catastrophic event, the character stops being interesting to me. So I hope that part of that, in Season 6 and if we have seasons beyond that, I hope that part of that is we get back to a lot of the tenets that people recognize from the comics. And that of course is humor and a socially conscious, slightly liberal superhero.”

- Every DC Universe Original Movie To Be Collected In A Massive
Box Set (Date: 28 June 2017)
- Warner Bros. Animation is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its direct-to-video films featuring DC Comics’ heroes with a massive 30-film collection. The set will collect every movie from the past decade, from Superman: Doomsday, the very first film in the series, to the as yet unreleased Batman and Harley Quinn. The collection will also feature the animation studios’ five “DC Showcase” animated shorts – The Spectre, Green Arrow, Jonah Hex, Catwoman and Superman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam, along with a host of unannounced special features. All in all, the collection will be comprised of 32 separate Blu-ray discs. The Blu-ray box set will arrive in stores on November 7, and the set will be available for Digital Download on August 15. Pricing has not been announced for either version.
